Game Pass Ultimate members through Xbox All Access or third party payment plans are not eligible to upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family as a primary account holder or join a group as a group member.
Ineligible Participants: Individuals with Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass (Ultimate, PC or Console), and/or EA Play memberships will not be able to join Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family group as a group member until their existing membership(s) have ended or been cancelled. All conversions are final: Once converted, you cannot re-convert your Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family membership back to a previous membership. For instance, 30 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is converted to 18 days of Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family.
Some individuals cannot be added to a group, see below section on “Ineligible Participants”.Ĭonversion – Primary Account Holder: Purchasing this product automatically upgrades the primary account holder’s Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass (Ultimate, PC or Console), and/or EA Play membership(s) to Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family at a conversion ratio each based on days remaining, up to a maximum of 36 months. All group members must be in the same country as the primary account holder and will be automatically removed from the group if they change their country.
